LearnAnyArt.com™  - Terms of Use

This section explains the terms by which you may use this site (Learnanyart.com) and service. You may use this site to browse art lessons, workshops and events, or become a registered user and advertise with us. By accessing and using this site as a registered or non-registered User, you signify that you have read and agree to the Terms of Use. If verbal permission has been granted to add a listing, the terms of Use will be emailed once the listing is created. Please remove the listing within 5 business days if you do not agree to the Terms of Use. At anytime, we reserve the right to amend and modify the Terms of Use agreement. After modification, the date the new terms were modified will be posted at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use described on this page, do not use or access Learnanyart.com.

1. Use of Our Service

All registered Users and non-registered Users of this site may be granted use and access to this site provided that:

1. You are a business or person providing art lessons, services or promoting the arts and are using the site as a means of advertising your services, events or workshops.
2. You will not provide, false, inaccurate or misleading information about yourself, business practices or experience. Being listed in this directory also signifies that you are indeed providing the services you claim to provide.  
3. You will not contact, transmit emails, or junk mail to other Users for solicitation purposes.
4. You will not use the services to display or transport to any other User offensive, profane, harassing or threatening material, content, or photos.
5. You will not use any copyrighted or trademarked or proprietary material without the consent of the owner of the proprietary material.
6. You are of the age of 18 years old or older.
7. You will update old information (name, address, phone number, emails address, etc.) or delete your account in the event you are no longer providing art lessons, published services, the published artwork or event.
8. You understand that LearnAnyArt.com may contact you periodically via phone or email for customer service purposes and to let you know any business updates.
9. You understand that Learnanyart.com is both responsible to you as a registered User for customer service, as well as non-registered Users and site visitors for customer service. In order to provide the best service possible to visitors and your clients, Learnanyart.com allows customer feedback on your business and services you have provided. Learnanyart.com is not responsible for comments posted about your business, as long as the content is not deemed inappropriate.
10. You understand and agree that Learnanyart.com has the right to approve or deny submitted information, including customer feedback. Learnanyart.com may edit User information that may include inappropriate grammar, or unclear information of services being provided. In an effort for clarification, Learnanyart.com may contact you for clarification or additional information of services being provided. Learnanyart.com may also contact you regarding your submission if material provided is deemed questionable, incomplete, or incorrect. Failure to provide additional, requested information within 5 business days after you have been notified that additional information is needed, will result in a termination of your listing, event or advertisement. This is an effort to ensure quality material on the website.
11. You agree to answer the questionaire and provide student references before your listing for lessons is approved. We have the right to not deny/terminate your listing or delete your pending listing if further information has not been received with 5 business days.
12. You agree that Learnanyart.com has the right to investigate, prosecute you individually or terminate your account if you have violated the Terms of Use, misused the service, or have behaved in a way deemed inappropriate, unlawful or illegal.

2. Paid Services

1.  You understand and acknowledge that Learnanyart.com may charge a fee for the use of this service and you agree to pay any fees incurred by you.
2. Learnanyart.com provides both free and paid services to Users. Payments are collected and processed through PayPal. Users must have a PayPal account to obtain paid services from Learnanyart.com, or checks may be mailed and payable to Learnanyart.com. A pending item for more than 7 business days without a check or paypal payment received may be deleted. Advertisement will not be approved until all payments are received.
3. Directory listings and events are purchased in a “packaged” format. While customization of material being submitted is allowed and encouraged, features and services provided by Learnanyart.com must be purchased in a package and are not customizable or purchased individually.  Package deals for directory listings are priced “as is” and prices are not negotiable.
4. For listing and events, a maximum of 5 categories are allowed per listing. To add more categories, an additional listing or event must be purchased. If you already have an active listing/event and would like to create a second listing/event, use promo code ADDITEM for a 30% discount on additional listings/events. This offer may not be combined with other discounts and offers. Prices of advertisements such as banner ads may vary depending on page location and site specifics. To inquire about availability or add a banner ad, please contact christen@learnanyart.com. Banner Ads may share the same space with another banner ad (up to 2 ads total) and be displayed on rotation depending on the page.
5. Upon initially creating an account, all listing information, events or banner ad information is put in a queue until information is either activated or denied. If a paid submission for a directory listing or event is denied, no charges are incurred and all money is refunded to you if money has already been received.
6. If you have paid for a listing with multiple categories and it is discovered that one or more categories does not agree with the services you offer, you will be given 5 business days to remove the category, otherwise the listing in that category will be deleted and no refund will be given.
7. Refunds for paid and approved listings, events, and banner ads may be refunded if a request to delete listing, event or banner is received within 5 business days of paying for services. After 5 business days, no refund will be provided.
8. Learnanyart.com does not provide prorated refunds.
9. If paid services have been removed for any reason listed under “Use of Our Service,” other than at the request of the registered User, no refund will be provided, given the listing, event or banner ad has been removed outside of a 5 business day period from the date the advertisement was paid for.
10. For Users with banner advertisements, you understand that banner ad space is limited and upon expiration of your banner ad, the space is freely available for another purchase, unless you contact us prior to expiration requesting to renew.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. Your use of this website is and any information posted on this website is at your own risk.
2. Though we do our best to screen businesses/persons providing advertisements of their services, Learnanyart.com does not warrant that the information and businesses/persons represented on this website are legit, valid or always available to provide services. We are in no way responsible for the conduct of third party businesses/persons being represented on this website. 
3. Learnanyart.com cannot warrant that this website will be error-free, secure, free of viruses or unwanted programs or that all defects will be corrected.
4. Learnanyart.com cannot guarantee that this website will always be available to be used and viewed.  Server issues and/or construction of the website may be lead to possible downtime of this website. All registered users will be notified if the website is down for a period longer than 24 hours provided that Learnanyart.com has a valid email address of the registered User.

4. Limitation of Liability

1.  To the maximum extent allowed by law, Learnanyart.com is not responsible or liable for consequential or indirect damages to you or your business, your loss of business, business relationships formed by use of this site or any business or personal activities non-related to your direct business relationship with Learnanyart.com.
2. You agree to hold Learnanyart.com harmless from, and you agree not to sue Learnanyart.com for, any claims based on using the website.
